Jessica desires to become part of a family and receive guidance to help her in her transition into adulthood.  

The adults in Jessie's life have not protected her, so trusting does not come easy.   Though rapport can be built quickly, true trust will take time.  

Jessica loves music and wishes to attend college so she can pursue a career in the music industry. She is also an animal lover and feels these loving creatures often understand her better than any person she has met.  

This child needs a family who has the ear to truly listen to her needs, cheer her on for her accomplishments, and point her in the right direction when she begins to steer down the wrong path. She presents as very mature verbally but has many emotional scars that need healing. Jessie would like to meet with a potential family several times and then make the decision for adoption as any family would - together.
