LaToya has the most contagious smile of any little girl you’ve ever been around. She is happy; however she says she will be much happier when she is adopted. She is lively, animated, and easy to engage in conversation. She enjoys playing outside and loves being around her friends and families who have children. LaToya does well and enjoys school. She finds some classes a little difficult, but she and her teachers are working very hard for her to catch up. LaToya had a rough start to life, but she has a positive attitude and does not look back at the negatives that could have impacted her outlook.
